I found it- message # 50851 but it was a Spokane tribe. I did a little more research and checked the Washington State Gaming Commission site at http://www.wsgc.wa.gov/ . The first section deals with the Spokane situation and it looks like they have just recently agreed to a compact. It looks like they will now be like all the other tribal casinos in Washington. It still does not answer the question of why The Gman did not get a winning hand on his high pair. Maybe it was an unusual variant such as King's or better?
