Who were the players in 1977? When did the the IRS set that law about the $1200 threshold? Or was that Congress who put that law down? Who in the hell put this law down on me? I want to know. And who in the hell is the IRS to set a law down to me today? Does Crongress set the laws or does the IRS? IBeing the total free man that I am I am especially sensitive to someone dictating rules to me that do not appply to me.
