Sometimes I wonder about the progressive Keno jackpot at the
Suncoast. Over the past few months I could swear the 10 out of 10
jackpot has been reset several times. It seems totally inconceivable
to me it could have been won several times in several months. The
odds of hitting 10 out of 10 are 1 in 8,911,711. This is worse than
most state lotteries. Plus, many people who play aren't trying for
10. It's possible, but I doubt it, these machines are linked to the
same game in different casinos. Whatever, I'm not going to raise
my "concerns" with the casino itself.
My question is this. Is there a state law (or whatever) that
prevents these progressives being reset periodically by the casino?
I'm sure such a law exists for VP, but what about Keno?
