Progressive KENO Jackpot

Sometimes I wonder about the progressive Keno jackpot at the
Suncoast. Over the past few months I could swear the 10 out of 10
jackpot has been reset several times. It seems totally inconceivable
to me it could have been won several times in several months. The
odds of hitting 10 out of 10 are 1 in 8,911,711. This is worse than
most state lotteries. Plus, many people who play aren't trying for
10. It's possible, but I doubt it, these machines are linked to the
same game in different casinos. Whatever, I'm not going to raise
my "concerns" with the casino itself.

My question is this. Is there a state law (or whatever) that
prevents these progressives being reset periodically by the casino?
I'm sure such a law exists for VP, but what about Keno?

I've had second thoughts about bringing up this topic, so please
ignore my post and the question I raised. Why? Because it reads
like I'm accusing the SunCoast of cheating, which wasn't my intent.
I have only a gut impression that the Keno progressive has been reset
several times over the past few months, but this may be incorrect. I
should have tracked the progressive in much more detail, to make sure
about my facts, before bringing up a topic like this. Besides, this
has nothing to do with VP. Thanks.
