OHHHH, you mean "BBC" in the gambling context. Sorry.

Bounce Back Cash is a monetary incentive the casino
gives you to come back and play some more. The idea
is that you can't make use of it unless you return.

If you put the term "bounceback cash" into a search
engine like Google it will respond with links to
several excellent articles by Jean Scott and Anthony
