Earlier I posted a message stating that those with problems on
VPW installation should contact a certain person. That's changed as,
among other things, that person will be out of town on a well-deserved
vacation.
We just launched the online support center for VPW in order to
eliminate the requests coming directly to me as it ties my hands on
other development efforts. We want people to use the online system at

We have support staff in place to help with any errors and it
will be escalated if needed.
