I tried to do something similar, but found copy and pasting to be difficult. Any tips would be appreciated too.

is there a way to print the vpfree2 listing of casinos and the database of games I can do the individual casinos and the game locations but wanted to make a master list to have with me in Vegas

Right click inside the box with all the casinos. Then select all and copy and paste everything into Word. My o/s (Vista) alerted me that the pasting function "involved many styles" and asked if I wanted to use "normal style" for all pasting. I clicked ok and the result came out in Word in a table format that is easy to read and easy to manipulate.

If you get something different when you paste into Word, try changing the style to Normal.

I got it! I did something similar to what Clawed said. I right clicked inside the casino listings. I saved as a text file. Then I opened with wordpad and was able to see everything I wanted. It was even slightly formatted to read easily! This should work for everyone. Good luck.
