Ellis Island has great prime rib and a $5 steak dinner special you have to
ask for it ( the $5 special is not on the menu), The Stardust has a great Prime
Rib special, check the What's On Magazine in you hotel room. Hey if you win
big the best Prime rib is at Lawry's.

I agree with 'Lawry's Prime Rib (closest location from
the Strip is Flamingo & Howard Hughes Pkwy, a little
beyond Barbary Coast and Bourbon casinos , same side).
The server rolls a cart and you can pick from almost
raw to medium to well-done to black-crusted roast
cooked to perfection. Yumm!
