Larry, the stores are slow today, a double point Tuesday in August!! With lots of people out of power around the area, I thought it would be busy. Lounges not real busy. Only really active place is the hotel lobby, where people are using the wifi for their laptops.
We're finishing our Sagamore for one last 6 month period. It is agonizing. The points are "doubled", but accumulate less than on the former regular days...on draining <98% machines.
I really don't know why we're bothering... playing some under 98% video blackjack, a bit of the reduced (now 6/5) bonus poker, tried to have some fun with triple play 7/5 jacks with progressive royals...
I can't even see using the hotel rooms once the incentive to play for tier score and points is gone. Why come if you can't play???
To breathe smokey air and spend more on tips than the "free" food and drinks are worth???!!!
In the future we might throw $100 or so into 9/6 quarters, IF something interesting is happening here that draws us in
