Preliminary info on Hooters slot club

Greetings. I have some info on the slot club (Club Orange) of the
soon-to-open Hooters Hotel Casino.

$1 coin-in = 1 point on slots.
$2 coin-in = 1 point on vid-poker, keno and "other specialty games".
1000 pts = $10 comp on RFB & merchandise. No cash.

Other items to note:

- Points must be redeemed in minimums of 1000 pts.
- Points expire 13 months after the day they're earned.
- To get casino rate rooms, must earn 1500 pts/day.
- Joint accounts are allowed.

This info is straight from the slot club brochure. Grand opening of
Hooters Hotel/Casino is set for February 3 at 9pm. Fireworks
scheduled to commence at 8pm. Rumor has it, the fireworks will be
completely orange!

Greetings.

There was a special event held at Hooters that I attended. Though the
casino is not officially open, I was able to sneak a peak at one of the
bartop machines... MG/MD in 25c/50c/$1 with 8/5 Bonus, 9/6 JOB, and
NSUD in each of the denominations. The .5% slot club reported earlier
would make these the best bartops near the strip.

I was unable to check any of the machines on the casino floor as they
were not yet in service at the time.
