I remember at one time here in AC some casinos would advertise the return percentage on some of their machines. Now we know that state lotteries disclose the odds of winning publicly. My question to you is...Doesn't the player have a right to know the odds of winning on any given game? Not by his own research but by the posting of the casino?.
