dude they only had 3 hours and that will always seem too short on
any subject in which you are well informed...if they would have
given more time to the subjects you mention they would had to have
dropped other things...
The series "The American Experience" usually does a good job on
their
subjects. I thought the "Las Vegas" show was rather weak. They
seemed
to particularly short-change Wynn's role in the Las Vegas
transformation, even though he got a brief nod. At over two hours
in
length, I thought they had plenty of time to delve more deeply
into the
underpinnings of the "Las Vegas Experience", instead, they seemed
to
skip around too much, and never complete a sub-topic. They didn't
even
mention video poker once, nor did they
interview "Bob", "Jean", "Anthony", or Dan
