Portable VP for practice

All,
  I believe there was a thread fairly recently about what current
piece of technology one could download a Winpoker or Frugalpoker
type software onto so one could practice their VP on the go. Of
course I paid no attention to it at that time. Now when I think
about my breaks and lunchtime at work, I think that I could put some
of that time to better use by getting some VP practice in almost
daily. So now I'm interested.
I do not own or want a cell phone. I don't answer the phone at home
so why would I want a cell. I have no use for one. So my question to
the group is what is my most frugal option (besides a cell) from
todays techno stuff that would allow me to download VP software and
practice at work etc. Obviously beyond frugal (cheap if you like)
I'm looking at what is most portable, easy to carry around and easy
to use for the VP play purpose. Palm Pilot? PDA of some kind?
Obviously I'm not well versed on these gadgets but am ready to roll
with one that will meet my needs. Thanks to all.

In searching the past messages I found a thread in the February 1,
2006 time frame regarding using the portable version of Winpoker on a
handheld device. I'm sure there have been others. The portable
version of Winpoker is free to download and can be found here:

http://www.zamzone.com/CE/

Be careful when purchasing a PDA to be sure it does not use the Palm
Operating System. According to the above link, the program works
with "Pocket PC devices and older Windows CE 2.11 devices".

Regarding being "frugal", I remember reading a message in which
someone purchased a PDA in good condition through eBay or another
auction site and they were very pleased with it.

The aforementioned thread from the early February 2006 time frame has
a few replies containing the particular PDAs people are using with
Winpoker.

Winpoker was avialable (i think it still is) for the Dell Axim.
