Did you lose the points off of the card score or the points that count towards cash and comps? Card score points drop off after a year while the other points remain. Check which ones you lost.

Simple question that the Gold Coast has not answered for me. My last trip in Dec. I added 14,000 pts. to my card I am a Sapphire, I played mainly at the GC but other Boyd prop. also 4 times during 2013. in January I lost 13,000 card points? I have asked via email with no answers? Do you know why?
