These are new programs at Harrah's and Venetian/Palazzo. I haven't had personal experience with them since I almost never pay real money for anything in a casino. I have a question for someone who has had experience with this:
Let's say you have some casino meals that you charge to your room. These are "purchases." However, you use points to pay for them when you check out? I am assuming that you can't "double-dip" by getting them comped with your points AND getting points for the purchase too. Is this assumption correct?
