Point slashing on NEGATIVE games?????

Let's see if I've got this right---Fiesta Henderson is now slashing
slot club points on NSUD?? And not just the standard Station slash,
either....a reduction to ONE-FOURTH the usual slot club points???
Let's see, it used to be 0.1666....so now it's 0.041....or, to put
it in dollar terms, every thousand dollars through the machine earns
you FORTY-ONE CENTS in comps!!!! Wowee zowee!! How much to earn a
$10 coffee shop comp? You have to play TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS
through the machine to get that comp!!!

Stations (with other casinos following suit) has always had the
somewhat understandable policy of point-slashing on its (pitifully
few) POSITIVE games. The pretext was that these games were losers
for the casino (which was utter driveling nonsense, but that was how
they sold it), so they "couldn't afford" to give out decent comps on
those machines (despite the fact that the existing 0.1666 comp rate
was one of the lowest in the industry). BUT NSUD IS A NEGATIVE
EXPECTATION GAME EVEN WHEN PLAYED PERFECTLY. So how the $%^@#% do
they justify comp-slashing on NSUD??

I wonder if their mailings have gone south as well...do they give
any kind of decent bounceback any more, particularly for those who
insist on playing only decent machines?

Also, are there any other current examples extant of negative-EV
point slashing? It's a disturbing trend...just when you think things
can't get any worse....

Actually, FH no longer has any NSUD. The upstairs bank of triple play
progressives which had the points slashed contain JOB as well as
several other sub 99% games.

The bank near the sports book, where the NSUD used to be, still gives
full points (or at least does not have the $4 per point signs). This
makes Bonus Poker a decent game on 5X points days, just at 100% with
the royals at reset, and in positive territory as the royals increase.
