The Plaza slot invitational tournament next weekend was supposed to be 2 nights comped.
I got a call from a Plaza rep saying the rooms where not available to locals.This is something new.
Any one else get this notice?

The Plaza slot invitational tournament next weekend was supposed
to be 2 nights comped.
I got a call from a Plaza rep saying the rooms where not available

I got the same notice (I am a local). Never inquired about the
rooms...bad enough going Downtown with having to sleep there (lol).
I also received the free room offer "Holiday Gift For You" card.
It was for one free night, dinner for 2 at Center Stage, dinner for
2 at the Chop Chop Buffet, 2 tickets to the Comedy Zone, and a
free "bonanza card" with any Bingo buy in.
That "daily" slot tournament is an ongoing thing. Next to the Slot
Club booth is a bank of machines. Show your card and you play for a
few minutes. The totals are posted, with the highest score for the
day getting $500. I believe they close at like 10pm or so nightly.
