Plaza Downtown Increases VP Paytables

This was reported by a host at the downtown Plaza on Sept 18:

Every VP machine on the floor is going to be of OVER 99% payback. When I say soon, I mean as soon as late next week. This variety of VP includes a great mix of 9/7 and even 10/7 machines!

To make it better all of the above VP will earn points! YES indeed, you asked and we are delivering. With that in mind, I would like all my VMB video poker players to come in, try them out, give me feedback and say hi!!

Next, we are initiating what I think are the best multipliers Downtown Las Vegas; 10X points every Tuesday and 2X points every Thursday.

Lastly, “ZIP & SIP” will start soon as well. If you ride the Fremont Street Zip Line and bring a receipt to the Omaha Bar they will give you one free drink. And you can play our great new bar top VP machines. Stay tuned there will indeed be more to come and I will keep you posted.

Nice. Plaza should be congratulated when this happens.

Haven’t been there in years. it’s only a 3 minute walk from Main Street Station where we are established.

Looking for a another joint to replace LVH/Westgate. This could be the place.

Also some changes to the slot club are mentioned in the Comments. The royal flush bonus of 10%-100% (depending on card level) has been discontinued. The tier matching for new members is still there. Points are worth 0.133% in cash or free play.

The Point conversion rate has changed. You can use them for more things, though.
Also, cashback is only available to King and Ace tiers (not a change; just a clarification).

Terrible's did the exact same thing a few years ago. It took 200 points to be worth $1 and then it took 250. When I complained, I was told I was SOL, but they soon changed back. Maybe the Gaming Commission made them do that, as they might make the Plaza, at least regarding points already earned.

The plaza has been my favorite casino for 25 years, yes even during the tough times. Walk to any of a number of casinos, and enjoy downtown and it’s overall bettertgambling, experience and excitement. The lady I used to take with me enjoyed be able to dress as sexy as she wanted and there were no uptight neighbors complaining. Never had anything short of a good time there.
