Is anyone else on this group able to play on videopoker.com?
I am having a hard time. Up until last week I was able to play on
their website, all of a sudden things changes and I cannot play on it.
I wrote to support@videopoker.com and they tell me since I have win.95
I cannot get to the games. When I sign on to the site on the left side
of the screen I get the column under the 4 Aces, but on the other side
the screen is blank. I need macromedia flach player and macromedia
shockwave, does anyone here have any info for me?

Playing on videopoker.com
I have Windows XP and on one of my computers I have trouble loading certain games on Videopoker.com. I wrote to them and tech support said need all 3 of the following software downloaded to play:
All 3 of these are required to ensure you can play all the games on videopoker.com. They are all free, and safe to install. They are available at:

http://sdc.shockwave.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi
I loaded these but still have trouble with the games. (strange only have trouble with one of my computers not both, and both have the same software on them). I spoke to tech support and he said it could be the spy and or virus software causing trouble. (even thou the same software is on my other computer that works fine). So who knows. Try loading the above software, hopefully it will work for you. My troubles only started in May or June. Up till then I could play with no problems.

I can understand their position. Only about 1/100 internet sites fully support windows 95 - its just too expensive. You can upgrade to windows XP home for about $35 but most likely need to upgrade your puter to a 128MB,

You can download Shockwave at www.macromedia.com or www.adobe.com. If
your operating system is Win95 you might not be able to access the
games. If your needs are basic, you can by a new computer with the
current Windows XP (and if you wait a month or two, possibly get a fre
upgrade to the coming Windows Vista) for $300 or so, and one with a
LCD monitor for $500.
