Playing on Spouse's card
I play a lot, and my wife plays little. Recently, I booked a trip for
the two of us through a host who has been good to me in the past
(casino and host shall go unnamed). The host asked for my wife's slot
card number. I supplied it, and mentioned that she sometimes plays on
my card instead of her own, and asked if that is a problem. The reply
"No, it's not a problem - in fact it is probably a good idea." I
think it helps the host justify the comps awarded in my name.
I would not, however, assume that the same view would be taken at all
casinos. Caveat aleator.

Spouse's playing on each others card seems to be "standing operating
procedure" and even encouraged by casino management? I've had hosts,
GM's and slot club personnel say, "I hope you're both playing on the
same card."
