It would be a very expensive cab ride if you insist in going to Harrahs from
downtown.
You could take the Metro Link to the Airport and then take a shorter cab ride
to Harrahs or you could take the Metro Link east across the river to the
Casino Queen which has .25 cash back and about five of the 10/7/239 DB machines.
