According to my HR mailer this is from April 17-28 only. Has there been a change?

I got a separate mailer about this, but it was also in the regular mailer, right under the food coupons.

Those are the dates listed on the postcard that I received (I haven't checked my mail to see
if the regular mailer came yet).
