The Original Pancake House is not owned by GVR but is independently owned and operated. In order to use points to pay for food there you have to get the bill, take it to the players club and get a slip to take back to the OPH. It is a nuisance, but not major. Check the players club to see if there is a similar arrangeent for the coupons?

We got a $20 food credit, and you're right: It plainly says it's good at ANY restaurant, no exceptions.
Ours was gladly accepted at Camacho's, the independently- owned Mexican food restaurant at Aliante Station.
I'd tend to blame GVR's Original Pancake House for this problem...

I got a $10 food coupon at GVR. When I tried to use it at Original
Pancake House they told me Stations won't accept them since they are
independently owned. The coupon itself says nothing about that.
I look forward to the liquidation after bankruptcy.
