I've swiped four times and received 1,000 points ($1) every single
time. Whoppee! Only 1,999,996 similar swipes to go and they will, in
fact, have given away "millions."

I've received $4 XPC, 1000 Points, and $5 Food Credit...all of the rest have
been (useless?) drawing entries. Anyone else?

I've received 1000 points a couple of times along with 50 drawing tickets
once. But I also received extra free play $50 once and $100 once which I
discovered by chance when I accessed Xtra Play. If I hadn't checked I
wouldn't have noticed it because there wasn't any announcement. I'm just
guessing that it was associated with the daily card swipe.

The wife and I we have swiped 7 times at both Fiesta Rancho and Texas
Station, through yesterday. Here are our results:

Fiesta
6 - 1,000 pts
2 - $4 XPC
2 - 50 drawing entries
1 - $5 XPC
1 - 500 drawing entries
1 - $50 food
1 - Bingo (blue pack)

Texas
5 - 1,000 points
3 - 50 drawing entries
1 - 300 drawing entries
1 - 10,000 points
1 - 7x points
1 - 5x points
1 - $10 food
1 - Bingo (blue pack)

Now if we can switch the 5x & 7x points from Texas to Fiesta...and
switch the $50 food from Fiesta to Texas...then I'd be a real happy
camper.

I got a $10 food coupon at GVR. When I tried to use it at Original Pancake House they told me Stations won't accept them since they are independently owned. The coupon itself says nothing about that.

I look forward to the liquidation after bankruptcy.

Don, Thanks that gas is below $2.00 a gal.with your driving back and forth between Texas Station and Fiesta... Richard from Ca.

Rich, yep, the cheaper gas is welcome...espacially since the drive from
the parking garage of Fiesta Rancho to the parking garage of Texas
Station really drains the tank!

We got a $20 food credit, and you're right: It plainly says it's good at ANY restaurant, no exceptions.

Ours was gladly accepted at Camacho's, the independently-owned Mexican food restaurant at Aliante Station.

I'd tend to blame GVR's Original Pancake House for this problem...

That's odd. I have a food credit coupon from the swipe and win, and
it clearly says it's only valid at participating restaurants.

My food coupon from Fiesta Rancho says BOTH:

"Present this voucher to server or cashier at the restaurant of your
choice."

Then the fine print says "Offer valid for $50 towards your food bill.
No change given. Not valid on holidays. Cannotbe combined with any
other offer. Offer valid at participating restaurants only. Offer does
not include tax and gratuity. Management reserves all rights. Offer
expires on 1/20/09."

Best to ask beforehand.

I would have but the manager said he was told in no uncertain terms he could NOT take it.

The Original Pancake House is not owned by GVR but is independently owned and operated. In order to use points to pay for food there you have to get the bill, take it to the players club and get a slip to take back to the OPH. It is a nuisance, but not major. Check the players club to see if there is a similar arrangeent for the coupons?

This is changing in a few weeks when OPH moves to where the Cafe was. They will have the swipe machine.

Since the Food Credit slips list all the stations and both Fiestas under the "Settle to" at the
bottom with different codes, I thought that meant that they could be used at any casino. I
haven't tried to use any of ours yet. If anyone tries to use them at different casinos, please
let us know.
