There's a small error in Bob's column. You don't "earn" entries at
South Coast, they come around and give you a ticket randomly whether
you are playing pennies or thousand-dollar machines.

Thanx for the update. It's actually a Compton/Dancer column, not a
Dancer column. The press releases sent out by casinos about promotions
are frequently quite sketchy and do not give complete rules --- so we
make guesses. At the casinos I frequent, I'm able to make educated
guesses. Suncoast is a casino I don't frequent, as I live between Green
Valley Ranch and Fiesta Henderson and Suncoast is too far away, so my
guesses about how they run things is not-so-educated.

Maybe there's an error in Bill Coleman's statement too? Are there really any
"thousand-dollar machines" at South Coast?

OK, so maybe I exaggerated a little.... It often feels like I'm
dropping that much.

...I hear ya! I often misinterpret Coasts distribution methods tho too. They
don't make it real clear in what they send out.
