After being at other casino's, I think our casino treats us even better
than I thought. Harrah's lounges are only open from 4-9. Have a great day
and royals to all.

In spite of our griping, I agree, Mohegan Sun treats us pretty decently.
At least they offer some fair VP, which is hard to find at most Harrah's
properties. Nice to have 24 hour lounge, too.

How would anyone know if there is any problem with their account, except by checking the total obsessively?

To quote the late, great President Reagan, "Trust, but verify"
I personally have made a habit, ever since I was double-charged for a purchase, of looking at what my point balance is when I finish a session, and then after making a purchase, and before another session. If you had 1500 points before a $100 purchase, and 1300 after, you know you were double-charged. It only takes 2 seconds to press the button and look at your balance.

In fact, I never pay for anything that I can charge to the room, so that I can review everything from the TV in the room. And there is only one transaction charged to your points when you check out, and the front desk can give you your point balance when that transaction is completed
