Player card account history?

Does anyone know if there is a way to see my player account history, like my purchases?

There is a way for Mohegan to see it, because I had a double-charge problem a number of years back, and it was able to be resolved. While I don't quite remember the details (bad case of CRS), I believe that I went to the Players Club booth, and they looked it up & saw it, but it required a host to straighten it out. I wasn't assigned a host at that time, but someone did fix it overnight. I would suggest calling your host to find out the easiest way to get whatever info you need.

If you go into the lounge or one of the player booths, or call your host, they can all tell you your recent purchases. We have been charged in the past for tickets we picked up, and for someone elses room. All matters were quickly corrected. After being at other casino's, I think our casino treats us even better than I thought. Harrah's lounges are only open from 4-9. Have a great day and royals to all. It is a shame about the Harrahs lounges, especially the one at Caesars AC. It is an absolutely beautiful place, marble floors, ocean-view, very nice food. But the hours, not so good. As I remember it, when we used to go to AC as our primary venue, the lounges were open much longer, at least for lunch/dinner, and maybe 'til 8 or 9. But they really cut back the hours.

In LV, the hours are somewhat longer, but they only have "food" other than chips, I think from 4-6. I emphasize "food" because I heard about, but never was in there during those hours on our last trip in March, so I can't say if it is better or worse that MS's offerings.

But, in Harrahs defense, at least you can get a drink there after 12:30 AM ; )
