PLAYBACK Casino Newsletter Goes Monthly
Due to the quality and insights of the contributors, as well as the very
positive feedback from its subscribers, PLAYBACK the
casino-player-to-casino-management newsletter, will become a monthly
publication beginning with their August 2003 issue. Norma Foote, editor
of Playback, said that she had originally planned to make it a monthly
publication sometime in 2004, but now felt that the time is right.
"If you are a player who has something to say about your casino
experiences, Playback and its 100+ casino manager subscribers are
willing to listen," says Foote. "Tell us your positive experiences
especially in your favorite casino. If you have had negative
experiences, please tell us about them with constructive ideas on how to
improve the situation."
Playback takes articles (800-1200 words), letters, and "Things We Like"
-short (50-300 word) positive comments about things which especially
impressed the player. Only articles are compensated.
"Even if it has been a long time since you have done much writing, send
your ideas to Playback; you can receive help if you feel you need it at
any time in the writing process," says Foote. "We look forward to
hearing from you at Playback@mgci.com."
The final date for submission for the August 2003 issue is August 8.
