Arizona Charlie's Decatur has an enclosed non-smoking room with 25c "full pay" Bonus Poker. That's only a 99.17% game although it is "full pay". Maybe you mean you are really looking for over-100% or almost 100% payback games?
The three casinos you mentioned are the only ones I can think of that fit your criteria. There is some information about them in the message archives and the comments section on vpFREE2. Otherwise, do you have specific questions about those casinos?
