The VP machines in Rhode Island are not a random deal. If dealt a winning hand and throw it away a genie pops up and awards a bonus = to the hand thrown away.
This may be the case at Plainridge. Just saying.
No surprises here. Lots of 90% penny slots and sheep fighting to get to them.
