Pioneer Website

Is it just me, or is anyone else having trouble logging onto the Pioneer's website? If someone gets to the official site maybe they can pass on the url. The only one I have is

http://www.pioneerlaughlin.com

I tried to get on the site over the weekend and again today to check on something ... got a response that said I needed an ID and PASSWORD to get on the site. I finally called them -- the operator said they were aware that they were having problems.
