My mailer for September has not arrived yet...so I checked-out the online
version. Once again, the Pioneer offers some fun promos.
They have a COD every other day and a "Roll Your Own" promo. RYO is an oldie
and a goodie. It used to be a bit stronger when the base rate for cashback
was higher.

You roll a die to determine a multiplier of up to 4X points (one side). This
is good for 24 hours after the roll. No impersonal kiosks in this
joint...just old fashioned hoopla!
