Is this the bank of machines near the coat check? If so now I know why
the progressive was only at about $4200 when I was there last week. I'm
assuming this Royal hit before Friday June 13. Well at least I did
manage to snag 4 Aces on this bank playing Super Aces. By the way if it
is the same bank, why play Double Bonus instead of Super Aces? Nice
cash back at this store.

Yes, those are the machines-my wife hit it on Friday about 2:30 in
the afternoon.

Funny story-my office is right across the street from the Nugget,
behind the casino. My wife had decided to take the afternoon off
and walked over to play for a few hours. We had just assumed that
someone had hit this royal by now-the employees had told me that
they hadn't seen it over $6400 before. Once my wife got there and
saw the progressive (>$6700) she called me and told me to run over.
I locked up the office and we got started - took us about 90 minutes
(this time!) to hit it.

Small world. I must have just missed you. I opted to visit the museum
in the old mint across the street first so I didn't get to the Nugget
until about 4:30. Either way, I wouldn't have been there in time to
give you any competition if you hit it at 2:30. Oh well, I was still
quite happy with my $2000 quad Aces payout. And who said Friday the
13th was unlucky?

If I worked across the street from the Nugget I'd be pounding that
progressive (Super Aces in my case) with the 0.50% CB every day.
