It looks like to me that the denomination isn't $1. $1 VP has the $
ahead of the number sign and less than a dollar has a cents sign to
the right of the number.

Any where is the "Call Attendant" black box across the royal, or do Optimums
lock up some other way?

**************************************
See what's free

They don't lock up at all if they're paying less than $1,200. Also,
take a look at the photo. There appears to be a cashed out ticket
clutched tightly in his hand. Another indication that this was a
single-line quarter royal.

Believe me, I'm not denigrating ANY denom. royal! I'm just curious as
to why incorrect info was given to vpfae.
