"Picking Up" Free Play

<<More specifically, do you play until either you hit something big or

you run out of credits? (i.e., take a pot shot because it's house
money.)>>

Once you play it through once, it is no longer the house's money. Then it is your money and your choice on how you are going to spend it. We usually do not play with that money any more unless it is a day we planned to play there anyway (because of multiple points or to reach certain mailer levels) or it is a casino that is known to frown on people picking up free play and doing no additional play and there might be adverse consequences, i.e., mailer cutoffs. In that latter case, we might play just a minimal amount compared to our other play days.
