I talked to a experienced Caesar's staffer today for almost 30
minutes. The attitude and morale is one of fear and apprehension over
the pending Harrahs' changes. And, stress abounds.
I strongly encourage any of you displeased by what may occur in the
coming weeks to voice your opinions to the appropriate Harrahs
management. It doesn't bother me to "walk away" from my good rating at
Caesars - like many of you, I'm not hurting for a place to stay or
eat. But, I am willing to put up a bit of a fuss or fight, and
hopefully you are too.
If management ignores us, so be it.
