Are any of the casino hotels in Tunica pet-friendly? We have a dog that
weighs about 40 lbs.

I'm sorry to have to say NO but I have personally called every one of them and almost begged ! Tunica casino hotels are not pet friendly. However, there are a couple of non-casino hotels in the Tunica area that welcome pets. I can't recall the name but there is one near the Sam's Town/Hollywood Casino area. I think it is Treasure Town Inn .
