Peppermill

When this happens, move on. Eventually they might send/email you an offer
which will signal they're desperate enough to take you back. But I don't
think it will freeze over that soon.

If you go to Reno, its important to have a tight relationship with a slot host. For example Peppermill. I have not received marketing from them for a few years also, but still go thanks to a solid host who creates his own RFB type package for me.
Reno has given up on competing with Vegas and attracting big out of town money and now its new competitors are the Elko's , Wendovers, Winnemuccas of Nevada.

Does anyone know if Peppermill still has Big split poker? And, if so, where is it?

Yes, I found them again. 3 machines just inside the hi-limit "eleganza" area, 20 feet from the players club.I found the game extremely boring. You lose immediately more than 50% of the time and the chance for abig payout is very, very small. If you play the game everyday for a year your average payout might approachthe theo but meawhile you are probably down a lot.

I'm going to take a contrarian view, The full pay big split game at Peppermill ( 99.95 ) is an exciting and profitable game. Big swings - for certain. For premier players, its the best. Now to get the 99.95, you have to bet at least quarters and at least a minimal amount , but for 5 coins you should be getting on the Jacks or better game (16/15) for the multipliers , and 100/50/25 for the hands. As far as I know, these are the only full pay BS games in Nevada - and most likely should now be called super full pay , since this schedule is rare. I would not recommend playing the deuces big split since you have to slow down to a crawl to avoid super costly mistakes by not picking the best groupings.
I'm lifetime ahead on these and have hit a royal with multipliers. I met a high roller couple there who were each playing over $25 a hand , who told me the Pepperweed fly's them in with full RFB, and all they play is Big Split! This could have changed with the new game rating system.

You must play 10 coins to get the multiplier. I had a streak of 10 no-plays in a row and lost $200 in half an hour. What kind of bankroll do you need for a days play? $1500-$2000?

We stopped receiving all offers about a year ago. Until then we received free suite offers with $800 freeplay. Do you think our host could help. We have not heard from her since the offers stopped coming. She used to call us regularly.

We were earlier similarly cut off at the Atlantis. Our host there said that casino management determined our play on advantage play machines was not worth the expense of the offers. In other words we weren't profitable enough to the Atlantis.

With room and food comps, maybe.
FreePlay -- definitely not.

At 99% of today's casinos, hosts have no authority to do anything but the most basic comps on their own. Anything other requests go straight to a marketing VP or Director, who will swiftly give any no-mail a thumbs down.
