I can speak from personal knowledge about the 9/6 JOB. Lowest denom
available is quarter 50-plays. No nickel or lower ANYTHING - all shorted. No
quarter single line, triple play, five play. Full pay still available at the
dollar single line level - at least it was a month ago.

This appears to be the MIA summary so far:
10/7 DB above 25c (including 25c ML) is confirmed MIA.
8/5 SA above 25c (including 25c ML) is MIA.
Some/most 9/5 SDB is MIA.
9/6 JoB below 25c 50 Play is MIA.
