Peppermill- what to do with new tracking system?

Just to clarify - they didn't wipe out your comps, but no more accrued?
Or they wiped some out?

I suspect this variability might be machine specific. It's amazing how much the rate for tier and comp points can vary from machine to machine (sometimes five-fold). When I try a new machine I check the comp rate. If it's miserly, I don't play it again.

Surprisingly the rate is often NOT proportional to coin-in. But tier and comp rate DO tend to parallel each other.

Poster might want to check if machine choice might be a factor.

Otherwise this report might indicate something new in place.

Correct, my comps were not wiped out. I was then accruing comps so slowly that I thought my card had not been inserted.
