There's plenty of FP Super Aces:
High Limit
(3) $ 3- & 5-play
(2) $ 10-play
(2) $ 50-play MIA now
(3) $/$2/$5 (same machines have FPDB)
Area between Main Cashier & Romanza
(6) 0.25/0.50/$ 3- & 5-play, 20-coin but fp at 5 coins
At least 18 0.25/$ 3-, 5- & 10-play, 15-coin but fp at 5 coins, (8 of
these near room elevators)
(4) 0.20/0.25 10-plays
& there's more but I ran out of room to write & patience as Peppermill
has too many machines. There, I gave away my best volume play.
Particularly hurtful was the loss of the $ 50-play. It's much better to
play $ 10-play on this since you can be short on coins & only one hand
(the last) will not be full pay whereas 10-play or lower distributes
the short-coin penalty over all hands as needed. That's probably why
they took it out as some suit must have seen people playing 10 lines
on the 50-play which are right next to the 10-plays.
Someone mentioned the $10 NSUD progressive in high limit. In the past
it's gotten over $60,000 & that attracts a lot of pro play. It's too
rich for me but it's worth a flyer. The $25 JB progressive next to it
is a 3-coiner which seldom ever gets high enough to be worth playing.
Both are near base as of 2/19.
Re Peppermill in general, I'm only at Gold card level & debated moving
up to Diamond. That was easily decided when they removed my favorite
game, $KBJW & the $FPDW last yr. However, I love staying here & only
stay on their free room offers. So if I get dinged it's only for a
meal or two. Normally stay here & eat elsewhere where I've got excess
comps. In the past, where it seemed that my comp status dropped, a
word to just about anyone seemed to get it bumped up again. Maybe
that's why they keep this mysterious system -- because it gives their
people a lot of flexibility to be generous to those who have a track
record. I still don't like the system but I've got to say that, if a
casino must have this type of system, they should run it like the
Peppermill.
