Peppermill tier points

When did the Peppermill change the VP calculation of points earned? Was
there any disclosure or just observation?

Note that the point rate is not the same on all machines there.

Again, they are copying the Atlantis comp system, albeit with lower comp earning rates....

I played at Peppermill today. Still 1 point is around
$150 coin in. I tried reel slot machine. It was around 1 point
$100coin in.These numbers are nearly 3,5 times bigger than 2 monhs
ago. Strange thing is weekly peppermillion winners points are almost
same like 2 months ago. 30000 points are first 10 and 24000 points
are last. How is possible for playing peppermillion was $5000 coin in
1 ticket and $15000 coin in 1 ticket are same? is there anybody played
