Peppermill progressive

if you want to see real live vp pros in action, check out the peppermill quarter deuces progressive with 3% meter, since the royal is over $3k it's worth at least $100/hour

in case anyone wants to play this game:
add meters to find average progressive hit values:
800+(43456/100)=1235
200+(5356/100)=254
25+(524/100)=30
1235-254-30-16-10-4-4-3-2-1=102.79%

So, this bank has a $3000 royal plus a progressive on the deuces and wild royal? Great game but to be $100/hour both the royal and deuces and wild royal progressives would have to be pretty high. Take 1200 hph as a top speed on a single line game ( hard to do for a long time), that's $1500 an hour through the machine. The total return would have to be 6.67%. A royal at $3000 contributes 4.1%. If the remaining 2.6% were split equally, the deuces would have to be at $335 and the wild royal at about $38. With those numbers I get a return on 106.2% Close enough.

That's a pretty darn good play. No wonder people, pro and non pro , would flock to it.

==========================================

Last August, when my husband & I were at the

PEPP, we personally donated over $800, trying to crack the Deuces
prog. We started playing it at $2900. When we went to sleep it was a
little over $3,000. The next morning it was still going, and the
the prog. had climbed to $3,100+. At various times the deuces got as
high as $390, before before being hit.

I hit the deuces twice and my husband hit them once, and we still
managed to lose a lot. The deuces royal also climbed over $32.00 on
many occasions.

When we finally had to leave for the airport, the prog. was over
$3,300. We never did find out how high it went before hitting.

When we left, there was a line waiting for machines to be vacated.
It did NOT appear to me that the players were pros. Just some fairly
knowledgable vp players that recognized a good play.

I have seen the Deuces bank at the PEPP, go close to $3,000 a number
of times, and I have never seen it monopolized by teams or pros.
Perhaps things have changed recently. I would hope not!

The last time that I saw pros banging away at PEPP, was when they
still had $1.00 FPDW. They killed that nice play off rather quickly.

This apparently is a 25c NSUD progressive. Anyone know
how many machines, slant-tops or uprights, TITO, and
location info?

Hi Tom,

I'm sure that someone will correct me if my info is outdated,
but the last time I was at PEPP, in August, 2004 (and for at least
8 years prior to that date) there were two banks of .25 NSUD progs
that often had high meters.

One bank of 5 (I THINK there are 5) machines is at the top of the
coffee shop alcove (away from the coffee shop). This is the one that
cost my husband & I $$$, last year. The other bank of 4 (I THINK
there are 4) is near the entrance to the buffet, at a right angle to
the fancy newer restrooms. This is the one I hit last June.

Good luck to all that play them. They are really fun due to the
prog. 4 Deuces and Deuces RF, in addition to the Non-wild RF.

These are now in the DataBase:
