What you are describing is the actual return, not the theoretical. The
actual return is the return of a machine on the casino floor. The
theoretical is a value set by the casino on which they base
promotions. It can be but generally is not the same as the actual
return. The actual return varies depending on who's playing the
machine and the random nature of the game. The theoretical is set by
marketing.

Unless NOTI works for Peppermill, then he is voicing his opinion, and I
am disagreeing with said opinion. Unlike NOTI, I work with manufacturer
(s) that supply the games to Peppermill; I am NOT an employee of said
manufacturers.
I am only voicing my opinion as a gambler, I do not work for
Peppermill or any other casino or any game manufacturer. My only
knowledge of Peppermill operations is that observed by being a customer.
