At the beginning of November, my wife and I received an "Expansion"
marketing offer. It was a typical Peppermill offer that we get every
few months (we are not locals), with the following two exceptions. If
we would stay in December we would get comped rooms in the new Tuscany
addition, and our usual $60 x 2 freeplay was increased to $100 x 2.
We are just at the Bronze level.
Anybody else's freeplay increase for this time of the year?

I stopped getting Pepp mail about September, my wife continued to get
mail regularly. I called my host after a while and she finally
responded with 'a piece of mail got returned, so marketing took you
off the list', I lost a lot of FP and did not go to Reno because that
was one of my stronger offers. I am now back on the list, but havent
gotten a FP offer yet..... we will see.
I really doubt you were dropped because "a piece of mail got
returned." It sounds like marketing was doing something with their
database and some players were removed from mail, likely by accident.
This underscores the need to contact host or marketing if your mail
suddenly stops.

I am Gold and I noticed that I got $100 in FP when I usually get $60. I
never receive mail from them

Called today and talked to the host on duty since my guy is out with
back surgery & complications. I was told, outright that they got
returned mail and figured they had a bad address and, yes they would
love to to put me up comped in their new tower in January. I recently
joined an identity theft prevention program and they say that "junk
mail" will decrease with their service. Peppermill mailers aren't junk
to me and I am hoping that they will be delivered in the future and not
returned. Just wanted to share that since I'm not the only one that
stopped getting offers.

Yes,I too ( Bronze ) received the upgrade in free play
from $60 to $100. My minimal play of once a month (
to use the free play ) for about three hours, $3000
coin in, playing the quarter 10/7 DB progressive bank
results in a 3% bonus if my math is right. I have had
more than my fair share of gambling luck playing this
bank of machines.
