Peppermill Kiosk Now Displaying Points Earned

For 08 I've been averaging between $43 and $47 per point, scoring the
former last visit, so I've not seen any significant change in this
variable. My choice of VP payschedules, denomination, and total play
changes little from visit to visit.

What games and denoms do you play?

I reported back in late July that my wife and I were playing primarily 10c 10-coin NSUD Spinpokers fully-loaded ($9/pull) and 10c 50-play JOB's (around $7.50/pull), about 8 hours a day for 4 days -- 64 man-hours -- and only registered ~1500 pts. At $47/pt that would only be $70K of total play between us. We're not that slow. (By comparison, when we used to play primarily $0.25 JOB Spinpokers at Caesars LV a couple years ago, we were putting through about $45K per day.)

I remember your post very well because I screwed up my analysis of
your play  This is the kind of stuff that can happen when playing
an invisible tracking system.

I don't play the Spinpokers or the 50-plays. I play JB and NSUD,
quarter and fifty, from single line up to 10 line ... under $20K per
day.

It must be the SP and 50P or dime denomination that makes the
difference, but why?

At the Peppermill, different machines have different comp rates,
sometimes even for the same game, also different people earn different
rates, depending on the results of your play and your race and gender.
Also, the "points earned" displayed at the kiosk is useful, but not
necessarily the same thing as comp earned and comp earned today may
not be valid tomorrow or the next time you visit. Better use it today
(try the gift shops through your host} rather than take the chance of
losing it.
