First let me say thanks for all the great information I have gotten
lurking and my one post. I have now got plane tickets and will be in
Reno 10-16 to 10-21. Next step is to get a Room. I am leaning very
heavily toward Peppermill with Eldarado as back up. So from what I
can
tell before I make that decision I should contract a Host first? I
know the Database has some host names, but through your experience
whom should I contact at each property? What is the best way to make
contact Phone or Email? Should I relay past offers that I have gotten
from Las Vegas to the Host? The Wife has said we are not switching
Hotels to chase cheap or free rooms this trip. Once again thanks for
all the great information and any help in the future.
Peppermill Host
That should be a great time to get cheap hotel rooms - the nice
weather is pretty much gone and it's too early to ski.
Hotwire has 3 1/2 star rooms for $30 (east, probably hilton), $34
(south, probably atlantis or pepp), $37 (downtown, not sure which,
probably not circus circus which might be the 3-star $34)).

you can email my host kevin at kbrantger@peppermill.com (i hope i

& despite the problems i had, i have recomended & still recomend
Atlantis, use the data base to reach their web site & call & ask for

If you use a hotel broker they cant or wont comp your after the fact.
