Peppermill Gripes

I really don't expect any replies to this. I'm merely venting. Just
today I got an offer for a Peppermill slot tournament. The $149 entry
fee was crossed out and the word "Complimentary" was inserted. As you
might guess the $149 fee has to come out of your comp account. I
compute that $37,000 CI is needed to pay for this. The crazy thing is
my complimentary room (some include suites) and tournament offers are
based on my past play of only 3-4K per day. The only reason I can
think of is that I've been a rather consistent loser there. Are there
any other casinos that define "Complimentary" like the Pep. does?
