Can't give you a definite answer but I don't think it makes a difference at
either place.
If you are so worried about it, skip the swipe since the small benefits
aren't worth the risk. At Atlantis, the only benefit is more entries into a
Sun drawing. At Peppermill, the benefits are more entries into Sun drawing &
maybe some coupons or spa/gift shop/dining pts. At both places, the
drawings are long shots. At Peppermill, the pts received are restricted in the way
you can use them (can't use comps only cash for purchases exceeding your
pts) & the gambling coupons are usually worthless. Even though I have
collected at both drawings, I can't say it was worth the time spent. If you're an
out-of-towner, it's even harder to compete with locals who've been getting
their bonus drawing entries every day of the week while you've only
collected for 2 or 3 days.

I really want to be sure. Does it accept a play day for swiping card and
staying hotel without playing.I sometime stay 3 days but I play 1 day. Do
they divide 3 for my one day play?
