With regard to the Pepp's 2x-4x multipliers, I just noticed the fine print
for the May dates says "before play activate your account at super kiosk" -
is this new? When we were there a few weeks ago on a 3X day, we asked a
boothling if we needed to swipe our cards anywhere and she said to just
play - nothing more was required. Our comps were at about .3, which we took
to mean as .1 base comps.

Amazing. It's like they are trying to exactly copy the Atlantis comp system, but they are coming up pretty short of the actual comps earned when compared to the Atlantis. A lot of NSUD and JOB 9/6 games at Atlantis have as high as .35% base comps earned.....If you play there on a 4X day, you will earn about 1.4% in comps...

I'm surprised no one has answered ... and sorry, I don't have a definite answer 
If you check the website under Tournament and Events, you'll see a link to comp multiplier dates. April is up right now, but not May. It says nothing about a card swipe ("just play"), but it's probably a good idea to check the kiosks first. There should be some sort of feedback about comp multiplication when you swipe your card. If not, it's probably just play.
I note there are only 10 dates in April for bonus points. That's not much and I'd like to see double the number of dates as the base rate is so little to even bother. I suspect we will see more dates per month in the future.
I also see that comps no longer expire and will grow as long as you play once per 13 months.
Agree, it looks like they are going to imitate Atlantis.
EZ: I haven't got my May mailer yet ... you might want to post the May dates for those planning a May trip.

I've clocked the entire casino within the past year and there are NSU and Jacks in the range quoted (it's actually 0.36% for the best bank) but the 100plays are significantly lower.

At the Atlantis, Comps are earned at different rates on different machines...100 play, and just about ANY penny, nickle, or dime full pay machine earns less than quarter full pay machines....Even if you play at the quarter level, the 100 play machines earn at a lesser rate.
It's pretty easy to check....Check you current point total after every hand in a game, and when it ticks over to the next point, play $100 through the machine, then check your point total again.
