Pay Tables = % of payback ??

Godd Morning ,

So how do you tell what % a machine is going to pay back at by
looking at the paytable. Are all 9/6 JOB's 98.6% payback . Say I'm
walking thru the casino and want to report a good VP machine, how can I
tell what % payback it is by looking at the paytable ? Does anyone have
a specific list of what paytable means what % payback ?? Like if my
wife and I wanted to be a VP monitor for AC or CT how would we learn
what to report back as we walk the casino ? Are there any other factors
we should look for , like progressive banks etc..

                                Thank you,

Every 9/6 JOB machine that is non-progressive pays back the same
(actually 99.54%). VPfree has a list of paytables at this link

http://members.cox.net/vpfree/PayV.htm

When I first started I made a laminated sheet that I used to carry
around for the more popular games that ranked 99% or higher. After a
while you will know the paytables off by heart.

It sounds like you may be fairly new to VP. If so, I suggest you
read a good book on VP. A recent good one is Linda Boyd's The Video
Poker Edge. It's full of useful information, all of it presented so
it's easy to understand.
