Pantheon renewal

Now I'm really confused. According to my records I have 8,000 points
($160,000 cash in) for this cycle however the boothling told me I have
4,500. Why is this such a big frickin secret how they determine
eligibility. Oh well I've been gaining weight eating in the Pantheon
and I should have plenty of secret comps accumulated. I think I'll be
spendin alot less time at Greektown if I'm not chasing a point balance.

Preston, that is my number one complaint about slot clubs that don't give you all the information. It's tough to figure out when there is a dispute. In your case, that is a big dispute. That's a different of $70,000 coin in for the period in question, not a trivial amount.

Have you been tracking your points each time you play? If so, you could probably show a play log and maybe get your account corrected.? If you are really being shorted that much, it will affect your p club status, bounce back, comps and mailed offers.? I would definitely keep at it until you are happy that your play is being properly credited.

John, that's what is really confusing. I have been carefully tracking
my points (even deducting one half of the points earned in 06/2007
because of double points). Unless I caught a boothling who didn't know
any better my total is accurate. Maybe Greektown has revised it's coin
in requirement or are awarding points at less than $ 20 vp coin in = 1
point. Would be easy for them to change, nothing is written down. We
will see how the rest of the group tracks thru renewal ending 11/30/07.

Preston, I have noticed that many of the VP machines at GT have a
small sticker on them that state something along the line of "this
machine does not participate in bonus programs". Has this been taken
into account for your point totals?

Henry, I'm not sure that those stickers relate to accumulating points. I may be wrong about this, I'm stil hoping they renew my Pantheon.........................
